Password reset
Self-service reset when a recovery email is set on your admin user.
Before you start
An owner must set a recovery email on your user in Settings → Users. Without one, ask another admin to set your password manually.
Reset steps
- On the login page, choose Forgot password?
- Enter your username or recovery email.
- Check your inbox for a link (valid for 60 minutes, single use).
- Choose a new password, then sign in again.
Privacy
The form always shows the same confirmation message whether or not an account matched — this prevents guessing which usernames exist.
