Email templates

Customise customer-facing email copy. Layout, line items, and order details are added automatically.

What you can edit

Each template has an intro (and sometimes a footer) in markdown. Use previews before saving. Product tables, tracking links, deposit pay buttons, and totals are inserted by the system.

Email log

Most outbound messages are queued in the outbox and listed under Contact → Email log. Failed sends can be retried from the log detail. Password reset emails are sent immediately and are not stored in the log.

Email sending

Add notification addresses under Settings → System before alerts can send. If email fails to send, you will see Email error - contact support — your host sets up outbound email.

Contact form confirmation

Under Contact form confirmation, edit the message sent to customers after they submit the contact form. Use the checkbox to turn confirmations on or off (on by default).
